Banned, need unban please.

I Got banned because of a Russian hacker hacked my Origin account, he changed my secret question in something Russian and started playing BF3 (my friend noticed that in MY Origin I was playing BF3, which was impossible because I was on TS3 with him, playing another game). 

 

We checked the stats of the RU hacker playing on a server and it was quite clear he was INGAME hacking TOO!!! (like 62kills-1death)  

So my mate started a conversation with Origin chat, and what? The RU dude talks back! (Check the screenshot he made in 'Attached Files'  )

 

Thank God it wasn't too hard to get my Origin account back,

 

BUT;

 

A few days later I wanted to play BF3 with my mates, connected to the game, played a min AND KICK!! I was kicked because of cheating etcetc..

 

Is there a way to get my BF3 ban unbanned?

I have reset all my stats on Battlelog and I really dont care about stats or anything I just want to play with my friends.  

I bought BF4 later and luckily I can play on any server.. But my friends don't have BF4 yet...

The ban is most likely from Metabans that a lot of admins use and then follow certain admins lists. http://metabans.com/CheatOMeter.

Those bans on Metabans are from December 2013 already and the MPi does show 2 Russian IP's around that time

 

According to bf3stats.com the account just started playing on August 25 again after months (October 2013)

But indeed, no PBBans ban. Only those on Metabans.

 

So to OP: you should go here with your issue: http://metabans.net/ & http://metabans.net/forms.php?do=form&fid=1

It's going to be a tough cookie to get those bans removed though.

 

You are responsible for the safety of your account. If you were to be banned by Punkbuster or any of the 3rd party PB services like PBBans your ban wouldn't  probably be removed either.
