How do I tell if my ban list and cvar/md5 list is loading.

Also my ban list never updates automatically I have

to upload it to my server manually.

I am using the files out of pb_cfgs.zip

My server rules work so I know the file is getting read.

Also I was wondering why my streaming was deactivated.

Your streaming now, so on that score I can't help you.

If a server is empty for a long period you need to set a task to send a heartbeat to the hub;

pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver

you can check your servers cvar and md5 scans are loading by issuing a command via rcon;

pb_sv_cvarlist - will show what cvars are loaded

pb_sv_md5toollist - will show what md5's are loaded

If you have the "enforce bans" flag checked there is no need to download or update the PBBans banlist, ever.

There is also no need to have any accept flags checked.

Read about team account flags here;

I belive thats your server.

You already have the Enforce Bans Flag checked so you don't need to download the ban list. When a player connects to your server the Enforce Bans Flag checks the players GUID against the MBI and if they are on the MBI it removes them from the server and then it adds a ban to your local banlist.
