Hi there!

Im here to try to get you guys to give a second look at a ban you gave one of our clan m8:s. The banned player is: =NFT=Glacier(SwE)
GUID: [b]564544df86ccd1a63566ed54fa4f0899

Glacier made an appeal here not knowing that he needs some sort of evidence if an appeal would have a chance. Thats why im now posting here in forum.

We asked a friendly clan, that also had banned Glacier, for help. We talked to [UN]Freek about this, and he said that he would try to help us if we were sure that Glacier didnt cheat.

[UN]Freek took the matter up with AASA AND AON. And they were able to clear Glacier of any suspicions. Thus, he is not banned and even cleared for the same screenshot you guys banned for.

Has mole said if you look close you can see the change in the image of the SS

too bad you cant appeal his ban at PBB anymore, maybe you can contact any boss of PBB with above info from aasa?

I personally have just removed the ban on glacier of our server. He is welcome any time again, and so are the other NFT members.

I'm sorry that i jumped to the wrong conclusion and thought he was a cheater.

I know him and have played him before therefor i found it strange that he started cheating all of a sudden..but this isnt true so...

so again i'm sorry for banning him and not believing you.

Hope this hasn't effected the friendship between the NFt and the UN!

If you cant appeal the ban anymore, i think you just have to cut your losses and not play on PBB protected servers anymore? There are plenty of server not protected by PBB. Most ppl use AASA, ACI or AON anyways.

like i said i just removed the ban of our server and your all welcome on it!

So you can see that both AON and AASA has cleared him by the same screenshot you banned him for. At first look it (the ss) doesent look good, and i bet that 99% of the time its a cheater. But the remaining 1% is when a player gets a ss like this due to hardware/software problems.

Both AASA and AON has rueld this as a hardware/software problem. Glacier has even bought a new computer with ATI-card, and now all his ss are good. But this ban is haunting him. Every time he has a good session an admin look him up and see that he has a ban from you, and they kick him.

I would be very grateful if you could take a second look at this due to the new info that i posted here. I really dont think that you ban just for fun, and i hope that you can take a look at this again.

Also, i dont expect you to just take my word for it, so if you want to check that this is true with [UN]Freek, then its ok. UN has a new forum here, the old was hacked:

Thank you. I just want to correct one thing. The message i have posted from [UN]Freek was originally posted by [UN]Control, and he is the one who talked this ss over with AASA and AON. But then it was [UN]Freek that forwarded the message to us in our forum.

Anyway i have spoken to Freek, and he is glad to validate the message i posted here. Thank you for taking another look at this!
