Why does my ban count say zero?

The Hub sends ban messages to any server with the Announce Bans flag enabled. These are from all servers that stream so ban messages that appear in your server may not be from players on your server.
To check your bans visit View My Bans for an up to date list.
Also the same applies for pb_sv_banguid commands sent to your server.
