The Unofficial MBi (UMBi) is an internal banlist for grey area bans. It is not available to the public the same way the original MBi is and is used for Enemy Territory and lite streaming servers.
It was created when players started exploiting Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory to spoof GUID's of real players. Any bans for GUID's that were not authed by the PB Auth server got added to the unofficial MBi. Since then it has been expanded to include lite streaming servers.
