I once had a man involved in my clan (ingame name Removed) that we kicked out for bad behavior and violating trust amongst our members, he had actuall ownership of our game servers, when we booted him he took his servers and his PBBans streaming wth him and started removed

When he applied for streaming with you guys it was for my clan that was using his servers, http://hrtclan.guildlaunch.com/index.php?gid=217175

Like i said, he took his servers and he said he applied for the PBBans streaming so it was his, i said whatever and moved on. That was several months ago, Now...

I have found out thru the grapevine that the owner (Removed) of Removed was caught hacking...

Just wondering if you guys know of this violation and if this is normal to let a hacker continue to stream after he is caught red handed?

As I posted in the private forum section, PBBans runs an open door policy on anything raised in our forums, because you elected to post the original query in the general discussions area of our forums, thats were the reply shall be posted, as per our policy.

The results of our internal investigation follow.
3 staff members and myself have carried out a thourough investigation of your claims and it is left to me to collate the findings of all 4 independent investigations.

The admin that streams his servers via PBBans has been the victim of somone else using his alias and raising a ban violation :shock: ;
http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-cf09e744-vb226738.html

The IP of the player that raised the cheat violation leads directly to [HRT]Q-TiP- whom I believe was a clan member of yours some time in the past.

The Q-TIP guy is a restricted user on PBBans forums because of cheat related activity and is registered with an alias of havoctimes;
http://www.pbbans.com/forums/havoctimes-m152187.html

Q-TIP's bans:
http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-3cab3ed3-vb140258.html
http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-10025e61-vb160857.html

There are various xfire screenshots that show your own clan members, as per your website roster Playing with Q-Tip and using both [HRT] and [DI] tags;
http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/114948495-4.jpg <-- example.

Your clan roster link;
http://hrtclan.guildlaunch.com/roster.php?roster_mode=members&gid=217175

Conclusion:
A known cheater used an alias of an admin that streams servers via PBBans and raised a cheat violation.

The known cheater has played with the current members of the [HRT] clan as well as members of [DI] clan using the relevant clantags for each occasion.

Summary:
Its obvious you guys have had an acrimonious parting of the ways somewhere along the line and wether this was a deliberate attempt to besmirch someones character / gaming reputation is anyones guess.
I hope you have the good grace to point out on other forums that you have posted on/ replied to, a link to this topic which is now moved back to the general discussions forum section now that the internal investigations are complete.

I must stress that even if your original complaint had been proven, the same procedure would have been followed, the results of the internal investigations would have been posted in the genral discussions forum section (same forum area the original query was raised) and a team account suspension would have been invoked.

whatever is going on between them is their issue, I only posted as to what I read, thanks for deleteting my last post, real classy... HRT has not had anything to do with QTIP since he split ways with "removed" from our clan, so please quit refering to him as [HRT]. Thanks for the good work...

For future reference.
If you have an issue re anything PBBans related, especially anything of a more "sensitive" nature.
It's always best practise to use one of our private forum sections or PM a staff member, a staff response will always be posted in the forum section it originated in.

If a topic has been originated in a general discussions section of our forums, then the final response will be posted there too after everything in the middle is pruned.
It does not matter what I did with your "last post" it was only visible to you and PBBans staff members whereas your original post was in the general discussions forum section (open to google) and its only right and proper that those self same google users have the same option to view the reply.
