Hi fellas, anyone help me with a couple of questions in realtion to this?

1) where are the Screenshots stored ?

2) is it possible to implement a high ping kicker?

also, is there another admin tool {other than B3, we will probably get that soon} that interacts with this game? Procon or similar,

Cheers

Another question.

I am getting "Screenshot not returned by client" on approx 75-80% of requests, anyone got any idea of why this is?

Ive just cleared the folder of all screenshots and within a few minutes i had 15 screenshots not returned and no actual SS to view.

from MCi  http://www.pbbans.com/mci-overview-ro2-40.html

pb_sv_AutoSsFrom 200 //[Min # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]
pb_sv_AutoSsTo 600 //[Max # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]

what you posted

pb_sv_AutoSsFrom 60 //[Min # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]
pb_sv_AutoSsTo 600 //[Max # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]

although 60 is the default setting from EB, it causes issues in real world use

i would change that and see what happens. or just upload the PBSV from the link i provided above

One more question.{not promising it will be my last one tho :P}

For some reason it seems to cap at 100 screen shots{whether taken or not} even tho ive set the Ceiling to 1000

Any ideas why or how i could change it? save me checking screen shots every few hours/daily?

double check the cfg

(pb_sv_SsFloor 1 //[Low screenshot filename serial #]
pb_sv_SsCeiling 1000 //[High screenshot filename serial #])

and that there is not some other file being loaded by the server provider or another streaming service that is changing it

Yeah double checked the settings in pb sc cfg

; ------------------------------
; PBSS Settings
; ------------------------------
pb_sv_AutoSs 0 //[0=No, 1=Yes (default=0)]
pb_sv_SsFloor 1 //[Low screenshot filename serial #]
pb_sv_SsCeiling 1000 //[High screenshot filename serial #]
pb_sv_AutoSsFrom 200 //[Min # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]
pb_sv_AutoSsTo 600 //[Max # of seconds to wait before requesting next ss]
pb_sv_SsCmd "" //[Filename of system command to run after screenshots]
pb_sv_SsWidth 400 //[Requested pixel width of remote screenshots]
pb_sv_SsHeight 204 //[Requested pixel height of remote screenshots]
pb_sv_SsXpct 50 //[Percentage across screen for remote screenshots]
pb_sv_SsYpct 50 //[Percentage down screen for remote screenshots]
pb_sv_SsSrate 1 //[sample Rate for remote screenshots]
pb_sv_SsDelay 3 //[Maximum delay client waits before capturing screenshot]
pb_sv_SsPath "" //[Path where remote screenshots are saved]
pb_sv_ssLogging 3 //[1=Reg. Log, 2=SS Log, 3=Both, 0=Neither]
pb_sv_ssTimeout 300 //[seconds]

Then checked the latest log

05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_NoGuidGrace = 10 (0 to 300)
[05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_AutoSs = 0 (0=No, 1=Yes)
[05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_SsFloor = 1 (1 to 999999)
[05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_SsCeiling = 1000 (1 to 999999)
[05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_AutoSsFrom = 200 (30 to 300)
[05.10.2014 21:24:51] pb_sv_AutoSsTo = 600 (300 to 1500)

We dont stream to anywhere else so that cant be the issue,  we host our own server,{ NFO VDS} ,any ideas of what type of file i should be looking for that may be overiding these settings?

 I appreciate your help HS

Edit: noticed the AutoSS was changed to 0 so have reset that, ill keep an eye on it over the next few days and see if that was the problem.

That seems to have fixed the problem,All working fine now.

One more question, but it relates to all games i suppose not just RO2. When viewing the SS is there a quicker way than clicking individually on each SS to open up in Paint. like a slideshow type of effect?

Download all PBSS to a folder on your desktop and click on the first image with a .png on the end and use Windows Photo Viewer and it will create a slideshow. Just use the left or right arrows to the left of your numpad.

Cheers Taz, i was doing that when we had it hosted and i would open the files via ftp, but Photo viewer wasnt installed on the remote server, doing it now.

 Once again, Cheers
