Now the big question is " What is MD5OOL #9002? " is a hack or what it is?

The ban is a valid one, if you have brought the copy of the game second hand or been passed it, then the previous owner probably knew about the ban. No ban on that GUID will be lifted.

I suggest that you buy yourself a brand new copy of the game and give it a clean install.

So you can not do anything about unban?
I saw that you gave to others unban to same reason , why you can not give me unban?
And that man don't play Call Of Duty 4

you are mistaken

valid bans are never lifted

we ban GUIDs, not people

also, that GUID has been used in Canada, Germany, Russian Federation, Romania, Brazil, United States, Italy & India

seems it has been shared/sold all over the world

no sense in beating a dead horse :deadhorse:

valid bans are not lifted, no matter who has the GUID

you will need to purchase a new copy of the game from a reputable retail outlet to avoid this issue in the future

Ok , thanks for solve my problem
And i don't have money to buy a new cod4 cd-key , i have just 15 year old

But , you don't answer to my second question What is MD5OOL #9002? and why PBBans give ban , or is a hack?

And you don't want to unban because this license was used in several countries?

it is a match to the hash of a known cheat file

as for it being used in many countries, it just means you are not the only one using it and more than likely will gather another ban
