The ban is a valid one, if you have brought the copy of the game second hand or been passed it, then the previous owner probably knew about the ban. No ban on that GUID will be lifted.

I suggest that you buy yourself a brand new copy of the game and give it a clean install.

So you can not do anything about unban?
I saw that you gave to others unban to same reason , why you can not give me unban?
And that man don't play Call Of Duty 4

it is a match to the hash of a known cheat file

as for it being used in many countries, it just means you are not the only one using it and more than likely will gather another ban
