Unable to Access Wolfenstein MultiplayerAccess to PunkBuster doesn't bring up servers

I updated all the files from the suggestion here but still cannot get multiplayer to work.

I am running a Windows 7 64-bit operating system.

Is Wolfenstein multiplayer dead? Or is it still working as of 01/16/2012?

If someone has it working in multiplayer, can you help me out?

I've deleted the old punkbuster files and reinstalled the new files, but I cannot see any servers at all in multiplayer.

Single player does work.

we still have servers streaming (for now)

no ingame browser = no masterserver , that is wolfmaster.idsoftware.com being unresponsive.
