The ol' scmd hacker thing

Quick question. There has been another rash of the scmd hack thing.
If I fraps them doing it and show that they are receiving the kill points, can this be considered a PB offense?
Normally we are looking for the wallers and bot boys but this one doesn't get detected it seems.
Maybe lame, but I personally would like to see them treated just the same as other violations.
Oh and thanks for all the help here in setting up the stream to the -=Os=- server.

the ole scmd, im not sure but i no one thing for sure i seen this happen a lot but if you press Esc to see the list of clients playing in server first thing i look for is the star after players name,meaning there logged into the scmd. which i dont see the star after names.
