Is it possible for PBBans to integrate a "Watchlist" forum area so we can make sure that if a certain player gets on this list we can have the evidence against them to add to their profile if they make a mistake of having a cheat and getting caught later on down the road?

No need for that imho, we have enough places to discuss demos and screenshots. And watchlists are of no use, because only solid proof (PB kicks, PB screenshot and recorded demos, only from streaming servers) will get banned and watchlists are built upon circumstancial "evidence" and personal interpretation of things. So will never help to get someone banned.

It seems to be working great on punksbusted. If you are unsure about a screenshot, then the vote would be unsure and it would then be transferred to the watchlist for use later if that player cheats again. Then those shots on the watchlist would be added to their new ban.

This aint psb Bro, we only deal in hard evidence here, the only pbss etc that go to a vote are the ones that our experienced panel of reviewers are not in agreement about

I will submit screenshots to both sites, but since I like having a some type of watchlist, I will use them a lot more so I can use those screenshots as a reference.

If everyone votes something a cheat don't make it so, that system is way flawed!
There can be no voting on facts.... either it's a fact or it isn't! Thats just wrong on so many levels and the only reason it looks to work is because you never get to see the whole story.
Way better to have a panel of the top people in the field look it over and decide, also the same people should deal with any appeal on that decision (they would be the best informed to do so). The day 8 or 9 noobs to the site, decide who is cheating is the day I walk away from that joke.
