The beta is being billed as a “technical test” which is why EA has made it open to all. It’s scheduled to be live between October 8 and October 12, during which time you can expect the developers to be watching very closely to iron out any remaining bugs, optimize servers, and even study your tactics and game mode preferences. I was wondering if you could explain that decision? Fegraeus: The nature of the matchmaker that we have is to just ensure that people have a fair and even playground. That's the thing. We want all Star Wars fans to be able to play this game and have a good time, and in doing that, we want to make sure that whenever players jump in, they get matchmade to players of their own level, their own skill, so they can have fun and a fair playing field. MaydaX Posted November 21, 2015 Author Share Posted November 21, 2015 Bit like most FPS games from EA and Activision then ;) Fixed :) I bought Black Ops 3 (For less than half the normal price) and it was fun on release day but since I have a life and don't have the time to unlock all the guns etc it has become a lot less fun with a lot of higher ranked players using weapons I don't have yet against me. Interesting that both Black Ops 3 and Battlefront, which are unlock heavy, matchmaking only games peaks at around 50,000 to 60,000 players while CSGO peaks at over ten times that.
