We have updated our Terms of Service to add:

6.7 PBBans allows all ban information to be downloaded freely by anyone wishing to utilize our ban information. PBBans reserves the right to block any automated processing that 1) utilizes ban information without providing credit to PBBans as the source, 2) floods our server resources with excessive requests. This includes RSS, XML and pbbans.dat banlists. Prefixes for pbbans.dat may not be edited and must remain in the [PBBans:92338 09.28.2008] format when included in any file available to the public.
