I follow what is written and dont seem to be getting anywhere can someone help

You haven't completed the steps listed in the Starter's Guide.

You need to look at Step 3

Does this pick up all hacks?

Do we need to screen shot when the bans come up or is it automatic

On Sunday we had three bans from pbhub but it show 0 bans can u explain

What you saw in game could have been a PBBans Hub Ban Announcement. At the time of the post your server has that option enabled. Your logs should have something similar to the example below.

PB UCON "pbbanshub"@64.27.21.46:42433 [say ^7|^5PBBHub^7| Player ^2XD ^3(557ed686) ^7banned for ^1MULTIHACK(70532)]

Like Merlintime said.....those are the Ban Announcements

So has that person been banned because it doesnt come up in the ban list

it will show up in your pbbans.dat file in your pb folder (as long as you have the accept bans flag checked). These bans that your seeing are from other servers that are running bf2.
