I am seeing alot of people have discovered a rapid fire script that end result is that weapons like bolt action rifles fire very fast. I actually got a member to forward it to me. I am wondering if there is a countermeasure for this. I don't think I should post the script, but I can email it to you all if it would help BBT

Most likely a script we are well aware of, but you can forward it to Benway in a PM.
However there are optional script scans you can add to your PB config: http://www.pbbans.com/mci.php?action=overview&game_id=27

FYI: Those script are not bannable as cheats, but with the optional script scans checks they will get kicked from your server, then you can do a local ban if needed.
