Randomly BannedRandomly banned from a new pc

Ever since, I get kicked from every server in COD:WAW (which has PB enabled) within 30 seconds of joining for reason:
""Matteo2343" Punkbuster Permanent Ban issued on this game server for player "Matteo2343"... prior kick/ban".
(I wasn't banned, but kicked, because I can immediately rejoin, but with the same result)
I've tried everything to get working including the following:
1. Manually reinstall/update PunkBuster - Client: (v2.215 | A1409) - Server: (v1.761 | A1409 | C2.215)
2. Update COD:WAW to newest version (v1.7)
3. Updated Windows to newest version and service pack
Also, i may be running programs such as FRAPS in the background that may be thaught of as a hack. A list of programs that are interpreted as hacks would be greatly appreciated.
But I still get kicked from every server. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

You will need to go through their appeal procedure if you think this ban was made in error.

I read through that wiki page and it was VERY helpful.
I found that my problem is very accurately described as "2. PsB AMBL Bans. More commonly known as MBL Bans".
I'm not sure how to prove that i never used hacks other than basic trust, and my best guess how this happened is from account theft...

if it was account theft you need to reformat your computer and check that all your other accounts are not compromised
including bank accounts, email, etc

Wow, I didn't think it could get this serious, 2 days after i got my new hard drives and Win 7 norton detected 2 trojans, this may be more serious than i thaught.
I'm running a full scan ATM and may end up reformatting...

Step 2: Install all windows updates after OS install.
Step 3. Install Norton and update right away.
Step 4: Install game and do not give the cd-key to anyone.
Step 5: Do scans once a week to make sure your pc is clean.
Step 6: DO NOT download anything that you are unsure about!
