A player recently posted a dog tag screenshot that includes an unusual message on it. I've never seen this before in my game and am wondering what this player had to do to receive the message. Is it a hack, a normal game setting, or a PB setting?

It says "PB:: Sent to server: "X!Hack 2142 Public.exe" NOT FOUND
