Problem PB/ban kick COD4 Server?!

Hello,
if i put my COD4 server on is everything ok, no problems.
and if somebody is conecting:

I have try it with more persons (also people i dont know, they found my server with gametracker)
is there a fix for it??
The client is up to date.
and the server is up to date.
it can also be: PunkBuster Server: Ignored 5 Bad Packets (and other figures, like 4)

The cd key you use has been globally banned by EvenBalance, if thats what your wanting to know.

I chanched the key back, it was chanched??
I think its becouse the hack my little brother downloaded on my pc??
