MSI afterburner will do it, has multichannel audio support, so it grabs the game plus teamspeak3. Been there for a few versions now, since they implemented it in a beta awhile back. There's also OBS, which I use to stream and broadcast to twitch.tv, but it has the ability to record to a file instead.
