PBSS question

While going through server screenshots, I found 1 player that had every one of his screenshots showing his desktop.

This player was not afk, he was playing the whole time.

My question is, why did this happen ?

Thanks, so it seems there is nothing we can do about this. Funny I never get these from less skilled players
