PB kicks Maybe related to patch?could it be?

I'm not sure but most the patches for 2142 that are 1.4 or 1.40 could it be that the patches have problems with pb? and that is the reason we are getting booted for abnormalitys because nothing else has helped!
Has anyone tryed running on 1.20? and seeing if you get booted?
