If it's a windows server you can use pbsetup on your computer to update an empty directory then upload those files to the server.

Our admins have the choice of what method of initiating streaming to use.
Rep or Hub.
We have 0 rep. servers and over 4,000 Hub servers.
The PBBans Hub is the recommended method of initiating streaming, give it a try and you will see just why it is the server admins choice of streaming. :)

Pretty soon I think that the rep. method will be phased out completely at PBBans, it just does not compare to Hub streaming.

Streaming itself doesn't create lag, it's the cvar / md5 checks that are known to cause it. More so on Windows based servers.

That and excessive checks. Also improper usage of the md5 tool. By default it scans all the file but our checks only scan part of the file reducing lag.

I'll take Crysis as an example for MD5/settings checking, if you start up a remote crysis server and modify a few files you will be kicked every time you try to join the server until you either copy back over the original files or reinstall the game.

MD5 checks basically check for modified files or files that shouldn't be there like hack files.

PBBans keeps all the cheat related cvar / md5 scans bang up to date, and they are configured for maximum protection with minimum disruption.
Benway is an efficiency machine :) and PBBans were lucky enough to snap him up first.
Thats the problem other anti cheat sites have, they can clone our checks but can not clone Benway :P
