we have now a BF1942 Server.
i found the PB-Files
but now i need a good:
pbsv.cfg
pbsvuser.cfg
pbsvlog.cfg
anyone can help me?

Perhaps you forgot the pbucon.use file. It needs to exist in the pb folder for streaming to work. Its contents don't matter, however.
