As I'm sure most of you know by now, our website and other services were offline since yesterday. It started out when our db server was bogging down and not processing queries.
We stopped the server, updated the kernel and applied other updates, however the server did not reboot into the operating system. After a few hours of investigating (Rest was waiting for tech support to get off their ass), we found it was a bad stick of RAM. The server is now running on the remaining 2 sticks of ram while we look into replacing the bad stick.
Streaming was also offline during this time.
