I bought cod 4 from ebay and i think to been cheated.

The game guid 6fd73e7df1c1b0d6ac8daff26923a5f1 is banned.

I saw that there is the appeal zone, but it don't allow me to do the appeal because it say it was already appealed, but i never did any kind of appeal!

The seller don't give me back my money because they say old games don't have warranty.

Please can you unban my game?

I'm innocently, i never did wrong things in a game servers.

Thanks on advance to who can help me.

Depending on how long you have ad the game, you can still cancel the payment up to 6 months later for a credit card/paypal transaction and report the seller. They should be selling the game fit for purpose and if they had not advertised that it was a banned key, then technically its in breach.

Good luck.

Any bannable violation that is raised directly by PB software is placed on the MBI (master ban index) automatically by our systems.

The alias / IP is incremental information and bears no relation what so ever to the issued ban.

The only thing that concerns us is the pbguid of the player that raised the violation.

The pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash of the game cd key (digital fingerprint)

The facts we have at our disposal is that a player with a pbguid of 6fd73e7df1c1b0d6ac8daff26923a5f1 joined a PBBans streaming server and was detected directly by PB software for running a multihack.

The player appealed the ban and admitted to running a rank hack

EvenBalance have ruled that the multihack violation was not raised in error.

The incremental info that accompanies this pbguid, is that the cd key has never been used anywhere else other than Italy, and thats were your from :)

The options open to you at this time are;

1. buy a game cd from a genuine retail outlet and move on.

2. play on servers that do not use the PBBans banlist.

There is something that i don't understand in the pbban philosophy, something of wrong.. and i try to explain what i mean:

from what i understood pbban ban the cheaters, like the police arrest the delinquent for homicide.

So, for example, if someone kill a person using a gun, the police arrest him forever.

Then that gun been reselled by auction from some agency.

A people buy that gun (without do something of wrong)... so the police go to arrest him for homicide because he bought that gun?

Another example... a black man kill a people, so the police to prevent others kills arrest all black peoples???

I think that pbban have to punish the cheaters, not the owners of a game.

Here, in my contry, we call this behavior unjustice... but if for you this is fair... i don't know what to say..

I don't understand where is the problem...

If that guid do others cheats you can ban it forever again! (or not?)

All peoples have right for another chance.

I think that the PBBAN problem is that you have too much crime.. and you need to find someone to punish, even thought he is not the guilty person. The consequence is that you apply you strange and unjust philosophy with all around the world...

That's only my opinion.. of course.. but in my country we can say what we think, and we have real justice.

Anyway thanks for your kind replies to my post.

Like the above have said before me, it would rather defeat the object of having an anti cheat organisation if we were to give time limits on GUID bans or let a person continue to use a GUID to cheat with in the future. We are trying to keep servers clean for those who stream here and the players who use those servers. If the world was saturated with leaked keys that were being used to cheat and there was no real action taken against the users, there would be no deterent at all!

Of course I understand you frustrations but the moral of the story is buy your game from a reputable dealer and keep your key safe.

Think of your GUID as your passport to the online gaming world and safe guard it accordingly because once it's been stolen or compromised, you need to get a new one.

That means, only get games from reputable sources (never buy second hand online multiplayer games off eBay or anywhere else) , don't share online multiplayer games with your friends, don't download keygens (they are simply key stealers) and don't download cracked or leaked online multiplayer games.

The reason you don't share online multiplayer games with your friends (or family) or download cracked/leaked ones is simply because mud sticks. Most anti-cheat sites keep detailed records of players, the games they play, their GUID's and their IP's. That means, if you've played with a leaked or cracked key, it'll show up in your record and you'll forever be under a cloud of suspicion (even if the key was yours originally and was stolen from you). If your friends borrow your online game, use your key and cheat in the game (or even cheat at some other time in a totally differnent game), your record will forever be linked to that of a cheater because of a shared key and you'll always be under a cloud of suspicion even if you never cheat yourself.
