MS can block whatever they like during beta / evaluation phases. However they will not doubt be fully compatible by releases.

Wow, Fox News as a source really? It's like having Daily Mail as a source. It revolves around the restrictions that Microsoft is putting on Windows 8 on the ARM platform.
