Added a breakdown of the bans on the MBi. It gives a good overview of how much 3rd party anti-cheat communities help in catching cheaters. PB itself would only cover the EB column.
The PBBans column covers Generic CVAR Scans, Generic BIND Scans, Cheat File Match and any legacy bans.

Also there is an Overall Ban Statistics function to display details for MBi, cached Global GUID Bans and EBL totals.
