its 13% of all GUID's on the MBI not 13% of all GUIDS tracked.

Yes the percent is of the the MBI not the total guids recorded.

Also on game based ranks, the percent for each server / team is out of the total bans for that game

sweet - I'm a little surprised though that BF2 is 3 years old and has a lot less bans than CoD4 ....
