MBI Error?

jinx's Photo jinx Oct 14, 2007

GUID 28408be85331757154519b97f53b116d is on punksbusted and pbbans banlist. However, if i download your banlist it is NOT on it. If fact if you enter the guid into the search box it will come up as s SoF 2 ban.

Lats night yawn showed the GUID as having 3 violations today it shows nothing?

Am i going mad?

Is the SoF2 violation that shows up when you do a search for the last 8 digits of the GUID but, apparently the MBI is not limiting cross game searches even when you specify to only look in RTCW bans.

Then again, PsB does not limit searches to any particular game. So just type in any 8 digit GUID and it'll show any info for a matching GUID. I have only ever had 3 or 4 times where a search returned 2 GUID's who's last 8 digits matched in different games. It does save a person from having to specify which game they are searching every time as well.

No, this is a leaked guid imo, EB global banned in SoF2 (and q3 LoL), note that MPi is still under conversion; i go out on a limb and bet: once when rtcw mpi4 and mpi3 is merged into MPi you will find an unbelievable list (known keygener) and one valid one: http://www.pbbans.com/mbi.php?action=5&ban_id=18795
We just had the same confusion few weeks back, from where i setup this simple equation: (TelefonicaEsp+Alicante/Murcia-Region) x WarezKey = Charly22(esp)

Good so i'm not mad after all!

I banned charly22(esp) by IP 213... its a static one but i think he has access to another connection which is dynamic but the same IP.

I've banned countless dodgy GUID i think its time for me to put my foot down and ban TelefonicaEsp+Alicante/Murcia-Region.

Many thanks for the help, Keygens are a real pain wish PB wasn't so buggy...

He switched from staticIP.rima-tde.net with two static IPs seen 88. and 213. to dynamicIP.rima-tde.net with 14 IPs 81.3x. and 83.3x. up to now, not much can be done but boot the next warez guids as they show up ;p
