Hi PPBANS
Our clan on COD4 has caught a number of persons using hacks on our servers (via Screen shots) How do I get those persons (GUID) lodged on your lists for global bans etc?

First of all your clan would need to have a PBBans account and servers that are streaming to us at the time when the PBSS are taken. This is so that can verify the information with streamed data.
If you guys are already streaming your servers here then I suggest contacting whoever may be SGA on your account and getting them to submit the screenshots. We also accept Demo recordings in the case of COD4
If you're not streaming then maybe its time to think about applying?
