We have been running a Windows Dedicated Game Server for a while now. We are think of switching back to a Linux Game Server. Which Linux Distribution are people currently using for a Game Servers?

We used SuSE Linux in the past, but I think that has become bloated.

Red Hat and CentOS seem to be common. Never had issues with CentOS myself.
