LAN same install

Probably a fail but worth a shot.. first off thanks to this forum I'm freakin' able to play BF42 now [punkbuster service and dl etc]
Anyway.. So I have the BF42 Complete Collection, and I have installed it on both of my computers. Sadly of course seeing as they both use all the same CD key, it won't allow me to play both online at once :c I was really hoping to LAN with my friend. BUT! I do have my old disc for Road to Rome, it allows the game to play using it altho it has an old different cd key.. but when try to play both comps online, one or the other will boot me saying CD Key in Use T_T is there any way at all to bypass this, or... am I kind of at a dead end X_x thanks and hope for a swift reply :]
