kicked for losing key packets.

I am pulling my hair out since the latest update. I cant play without being kicked for losing key packets. I have manually updated PB, I unistalled reinstalled, and so on. I am really getting frustrated, any one have any ideas? I have hit a dead end with EA SUPPORT, i submitted a ticket to evenballance, but have not heard back.
One thing to note, once it starts kicking me i cant play for more than 5 minutes and i get kicked sometimes as fast as during load. BUT if i restart my PC i can usually play as long as 30 minutes to over a hour before i get kicked? but once i do i have to restart to try and get in some play time. Any help would be amazing, as i came here to see about streaming my server, and saw this forum so I thought i would give it a try.

It's a common enough kick that is well documented on google, we don't know what you have already tried but best of luck
