I lost access to private areas at PBBans

This is caused by having no servers in an account that are actively streaming.
Be sure to check that your servers are streaming in the Server Management area.

Automated Setup can be done using our Webtool
Servers with the ucon profile pb_sv_uconadd 1 64.27.21.46 pbbanshub pbbanshub should be replaced with pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.138 pbbhub1 pbbanshub. Please note it's not just an IP change but a ucon user change as well.
If your server show as deactivated this just means the server hasn't streamed in over 3 days. You can reactivate them in Server Management and re-check if it's streaming.
After a server is actively streaming it can take up to 2 hours for forums accounts to be auto upgraded.
