im getting a [PBBHub] enforced a prior ban for 'GNRLKID' (8a02f1f0), and it also says WARNING:PB kicks for level 1 PB restrictions on this server. and i don't know why Ive played the game since day one and i have over 900 hours in the game and i don't know why this started today? can someone please help me a tried finding my self on the ban list and no luck. can someone tell me why this happened, Thank you

Just to make things clear for you:
PBBans is not Evenbalance.
Evenbalance are the creators of PB software and it is Evenbalance who issue, and maintain, globalguid bans.
If you wish to speak to Evembalance you can only do so via a troubleticket;
