Reason for edit:: posting SS of MPi without "Public View" in Public Areas is a violation of ToS

Bans are only placed on streamed evidence. I.e. if cheating activity is detected from his current GUID.

If you want to locally ban him from your server, go ahead.

The GUID is clean and no streamed evidence exists to say otherwise. No cheating activity has been detected upon this GUID from streamed evidence.
