I can't find my banned record in the PBB databases

Hi, 

I was banned, but I can't appeal.

The Pb says:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'JustinZanyo' ... Banning for Rac ial Slur!! how to drive my AA into the buildnig? 9/11/2014 8:41:11 PM" [Admin Decision] 

As you can see, I typed "buildnig" instead of "building." It was a typo. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

First, i tried to contact the admin of the server, and this is what they said:

"As you told us this will needed to be appealed on PB side. There is nothing we can do for you now.

 

Once you have resolved your issues with Punkbuster, come and put a new appeal with the facts showing us that they removed the ban, then we will review it once again.

Then I tried to searvh my GUID on PBB, but I could not find my record in any databases.

So I moved to Evenbalance, and here is their reply:

"Note #3: This is a local ban from that server. You need to contact the server admin to find out why you have been banned, and if that admin's server is part of a master ban list, who runs it. 

 

 

 

Is there anyway that I can appeal?

You are not banned by us, nor are you banned by Even Balance.

 

However, unless you went to China, Taiwan, Japan as well as a few others, and played BF4 in all those places, I would say your CD-Key has been leaked out somehow and a PunkBuster Global Ban may be coming soon.
