How i can report of an cheater?

in a public server i seen chearer, but i dont know how to report it.
So i will report it here. I try to do this. sorry me for language!

I not have screenshot because when i has searching something like this form - he's out from game. (

Admins, if u can - please check him somehow...
And take for me something, where i can report of cheaters at least with screens of video?

The server in question needs to be streaming to PBBans for them to be able to do anything. You can ban the person from the server on your end if you are the server Admin.

Ye, this is the problem! I not server afmin and this cheater plays without punishment...

If you are concerned, I would contact the admins of the server you encountered the player on and get them to check him out. If they aren't streaming then I'd suggest you stick to servers who do use AC sites.

You can also always find that which server is streaming to PBBans from below link:

http://www.pbbans.com/master-stream-index.html

Put the server IP + Port and it will show you general info.
