A small extract from your streamed logs;

[04.11.2009 09:29:44] game.sayAll "úúc1001|PBBHub|úúc1001 Player úúc1001kenical (1d672a0b)úúc1001 banned for úúc1001GAME HOOK (125064)úúc1001"
[04.11.2009 09:29:44] ->PBSV: PB UCON "pbbanshub"@64.27.21.46:42952 [game.sayAll "__c1001|PBBHub|__c1001 Player __c1001kenical (1d672a0b)__c1001 banned for __c1001GAME HOOK (125064)__c1001"]

Streaming is working exactly how it should be.

There's currently 0 bans on your account.

What you saw was either the 'Announce bans' option, which announces whenever any hacker is caught on another streaming server, or the 'Enforce bans' option, which means someone that was on our banlist tried to join your server and was 'blocked'.

Nothing is 100%. PBBans utilizes the Punkbuster software developed by Evenbalance. When Punkbuster detects a player using a cheat and issues a kick, the PBBans HUB will then issue a ban against that GUID. Not all cheats are instantly detected as anti-cheat is a reactive process.

Please be sure your server is also running the latest PBBans CVAR/MD5 checks. This will aid with cheat detection.

http://www.pbbans.com/mci.php

Also be sure to review familiarize yourself with the PBBans CVAR & MD5 Scans Guide along with the PBBans HUB Flags.

Following the above and actively reviewing your server(s) PBSS will help better protect your server(s).

Your server has the 'Announce New Bans' option enabled which means any players banned on another PBBans streaming server is announced on yours.

File Transfer Protocol access to the server

you use a program, such as filezilla, to download and upload files to the server

When you signed up for your server the company should have given you information for the FTP for your server so that you can put files on it. You should look back through your emails from the Privider it should be there.

What country are you from?

Also, YELLING AT US TO GIVE YOU ANSWERS doesn't help to get what you need......when you don't answer our questions.

Since we're talking about BF2 (and I assume ranked) you probably won't have FTP access.

You should have a web-based control panel provided by your host, which allows you to access some of your server's game files.

In this control panel, you need to find the pb folder, and upload pbsvuser.cfg to it.

If this is all too complicated or your not sure whether you have access to these files, contact your host and ask them how to do it, or get them to do it for you.

Might I suggest that you start a new thread for each of your questions.....and stop posting in this particular thread. It makes it less confusing to everyone else who reads this one.

Thanks
Rodeo

Questions are fine, but start your own topics for your questions, and use the various appropriate and well-labelled forum sections denoted for each one.

The reason behind this, as stated, is that a topic stays on topic, and your questions can be answered a lot easier, rather than thinking we're entering a thread about a given topic to find a question completely un-related to the topic's title.

Also, if you ask a question, we can help you better and deal with your specific issues/questions/need for information a lot easier than we can if we see an old/un-related thread being opened up.
