Hi guys, how do I do next to add the "PBBans" in Procon?

I put "pb_sv_uconlist" and it appeared

means that is installed on my server??

the stranger is not the message of "welcome" when someone enters the server. How do I get the message?


Another doubt is that appears on my server all the time, which banned a play for multi-hack or gamehack only that person was not playing on my server. I wonder why it appears that no one was playing with that name on the server?? here in my dashboard says I have "0 bans" on the server and it appears message saying it was banned. What could this be?
