Doh!
None of this helped. I don't see a darn thing about "PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed" in any of them links
and I even manually reloaded. I'm still getting kicked.

What else can I do?

CoopWarfare Mode.
Can I just turn off PB by editing the "pbsvgame.cfg" file? Change the "1" to "0" and restart?

NOPE! That didn't work. How can I stop PB on the server? I only have FTP access. I also have PanelDaemon for starting and stopping the server.

4 steps
1) in console type pb_sv_disable
2) shutdown server
3) set UsePunkbuster=0 in serveroptions.txt
4) start server

I'll try that, but you must realize that I'll be kicked before I can type in the console.

Nope...PB kicked me again. I did everything you said. I had to be fast. ;)

What else can I do?

Ah...for what it's worth, I had to also edit the "pbsvgame.cfg" in the main PB directory as well. Now it's stopped. I think I'll leave it stopped in Coop mode. Why would anyone cheat in Coop mode anyway? <rhetorical>

Thanks for replying so quickly. I'll check back to see if the problem is resolved.
