Server needs to be streamed, and only pb screenshots or ingame demo's are allowed.

Nothing PBBans can do unless
1. The server was streaming to PBBans.
2. You get a demo of him hacking on a PBBans streaming server.

It bans players with suspicious Headshot/Kill ratio and much more.

idea: keep your deaths at 0. Kill/Death ratio is kills divided by deaths, but you can't divide by 0
