Global Banned ??wtf ?

Today when i was playing cod2 for the first time in about 5-6 weeks when all of a sudden i got a huge lag spike then i got this message.

i emailed EvenBalance about it and i was wondering is that all i can do, becuase i dont hack and i aint going to go out and buy anther copy of the game because pb banned me for no reason :mellow:

Try to fill in Trouble Ticket. You can get Global GUID ban even if you never cheated. Someone else could have used your cdkey to cheat. AFAIK none of global GUID bans has been removed . You have to get a new cdkey in order to play on PB enabled servers.
