A few guys i know want to use this program from iobit site gamebooster an are nervous about the PB side of things.

I have never personelly used it as i have a decent rig an above average connection.

Is it safe to use with pb enabled games. I will link this thread for them to check back.

Any input would be appreciated.

I have used this program with BFBC2, MoH and BF3. I have had no problems with it. All it does is shut down processes that you don't need for gaming. PB still runs for the games.

I've used it too and it's not bad but be careful when configuring it. The only downside I've come across is when you BSOD - it gets a little confused and still thinks it's active upon computer restart.

by the looks this just frees system resources (never tried, i prefer taskmgr.exe ;P) and doesn't fiddle around with network traffic (<--- beware of speedhack violations) like some consimilar tools; plus a statement like

Quote

Game Booster 3 is compatible with PunkBuster, Cheating-Death, VAC, and any other anti-cheat software.

indicates devs rather know what they are doing.
