I've fixed the language packs for the forums and added Dutch, French, German, Russian, and Spanish. I had to reset everyones previous selection to English to fix a few things.

All new mods / additions are on hold.

Converting to IPB 3.0 is a pain now waiting for the mods we use to be converted.

For the Russian language is needed coding Windows-1251.
Otherwise, the text on the site and the forum is displayed incorrectly.

Now, to correctly display the text, have to manually select the encoding Windows-1251 for each page.
