Got this problem as well with cod 4(only cod 4) and not in cod 5.
I updated my soundcarddrivers and the problem was gone.

I had been receiving Disallowed program/driver [125120] PB kick in CoD4 for the last few days.
A bit of searching turned up that PB doesn't like programs placing overlays on your screen anymore (looks like some people had found some alternate uses to their primary function).
So I've turned off overlay in Mumble and haven't been kicked since.

I presume the other error numbers cropping up [125129 and whatnot] correspond to other programs using overlay such as X-Fire etc. Turning their in-game graphic overlay off might solve the kicks.

You only have to do this if you use the software called 'Mumble'. If you don't know what Mumble is, then you do not need to do it.

Try shutting down all other programs running, and only run the game to see if the kicks continue.
I suggest also trying some of the other suggestions in this and the other linked threads if they apply to you.

I was getting the Disallowed Program/Driver 125120 kick and to fix it I had to stop using or just disable EVGA Precision on-screen display, this fixed it for me

Nope, it isn't in the bios.

More info on EVGA Precision can be found here.
Unless you use that, something else is causing your kicks.

I still get it. Why can't you just contact the Devs, they would know what specifically the process it refers to. (125120)

It could be the steam overlay.
