99.9% positive this was happening only on my side, but still, pretty strange & hilarious.

A simple reconnect fixed it.

Demo proof that this wasn't a graphics card mess up.

Haha I wish, but no, it was playing like a regular game. Except the game colors were still stuck in the waiting mode style :P
