Now today i got that error. Post up the last 8 of your pbguid and a screen capture of the exact error message you are receiving. Verify, that this happens on every pb enabled server you try to join and not just one server. If your not prepared to supply basic details in an effort to solve your issue, then any assistance given is guesswork and conjecture.
