Cannot view clean players?

I seem to be having a problem viewing player's info. It tells me that I cannot view clean players through public access. I have never had a problem with it before.

I'm a noob. I changed the ports on my servers and forgot to change them here... Thanks bro.

Hmm. The port on my WaW server in-game says 28960, but in TCAdmin states it as 28930. I changed it to 28930 maybe that is whats wrong.
